The World's Largest Magazine

With an internal size of 2x1 metres, Body of Work is the world's largest magazine – now on display at the Menzies Hotel Sydney, until November 23.

This magazine represents the ultimate in lux, as it would be physically impossible to open this magazine in economy class or on a misery seat. While the world's largest Sudoku and the world's largest Calvin and Hobbes are hopefully planned, right now it's all about the photography of Bob Armstrong. I, for one, am thrilled that the largest magazine is here in our country to add to our list of famous big things such as the Big Banana and that big sheep in Goulburn. This magazine seems to be slightly higher class than those two though.

Sydney Spy's own resident published award-winning photographer says,

"He has a definite style. I enjoy how he plays with light and shade, with a big emphasis on quality of production - professional lighting and well-measured. His models appear to be well-directed and the diversity of them is refreshing to see. Models and scenes have also been chosen impeccably to complement each other. All in all, the magazine it's a photographic reverie to see digital art printed on this scale - as was always intended"

You'll see that this magazine is absolutely mammoth in size, to the extent that the organizers call it "much more than a book, it's a piece of furniture". Its purpose is to get the magazine tailor-made to be put in your upscale establishments as a corporate gift. Not to mention, you can go to work or school that day and say you just saw the world's larges magazine.

So go see it now!
