Daffodil Day!

It's that time of the year again! The day that all chronic jaundice sufferers anticipate as they are able to fit in a smidge more. It's the Cancer Council's Daffodil Day.

The Cancer Council are a great organisation, strength to them, but it does get irritating when a random stranger asks if they can "have a chat" with you. I mean, if they let you chat about politics or reality TV, that would be fine but the conversation always tends to be about you giving them money.
Today, bright yellow tables were scattered all over Sydney for Daffodil Day. In some areas, they took a rather aggressive approach and had separate tables about 2 metres from each other. In other places they completely blocked the escalators. Well maybe not, but between the mX paper hander-outers, other survey people and them, walking through Sydney was like being initiated into the Stonecutters.
